About HeartStrong Foundation

What inspires you?   What are you grateful for?  When your life is saved by a loved one, or even a total stranger, how do you give back?  Can my story and experience help others?  Can my story possibly even save a life (count me in!).

These are the thoughts, questions and answers that led to the founding of the HeartStrong Foundation.  My wife Jill and I often spoke of these tough questions.   At times the conversations were cheerful and grateful to be alive, other times the conversations were darker and led to the inevitable what if scenarios?  Through much laughter and some tears, this is our way to give back, make a difference, leave a lasting legacy, and ultimately say thank you to our friends, family, and the incredible Doctors, Nurses, and medical professionals that saved my life and the lives of our members/your loved ones.

The HeartStrong Foundation was created by Rob and JIll Steinberg.   Our mission is to build a family community for heart attack survivors, and their families.  The physical and mental aspects of heart attack survival for all affected by this life altering event can be daunting.   At HeartStrong we provide support, inspiration, education and a sense of connection for all that join our community.  We are actively growing the foundation in an effort to provide our community with coaching/training plans, active lifestyle product reviews, information on some of the best medical professionals in the industry, and much more.

HeartStrong works directly with hospitals and physicians to help cover a portion of the medical costs for heart attack survivors and their families where a financial hardship exists.

The HeartStrong Foundation is a non-profit organization under section 501 (c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code. All donations to the HeartStrong Foundation are tax deductible.
